Great Holiday. We stayed with several relatives and 3 dogs and really enjoyed it. Great location near Cylinder Beach and Home Beach (dog friendly). The top floor of the house was nice with a great view from the balcony to the water. We also saw two koala's in nearby trees. The WiFi worked well. The back yard was a bit overgrown. The bottom level was OK but could be so much better with a small make-over. However it was as per the photos.

Broadleys is a wonderful holiday house that offers everything you could possibly want. Comfortable beds, good bathroom, beautiful family room/kitchen area and an excellent deck area. We saw whales while sitting here!! The house was well stocked with lots of quality appliances and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Highly recommend this house for a getaway on beautiful Straddie.

Clean and tidy accomodation on the hill behind Cylinder and Deadmans Beach. Nice outlook and good yard space for dogs (although the yard is on a steep incline). Great for a extended Family getaway.

We couldn't have been more comfortable if we tried! Had an awesome holiday with extended family all staying under the same roof. Even with so many people as well as our dogs we were not crammed and still had heaps of room to move around. There is a fully fenced yard and a doggy door downstairs, which was perfect with the dogs being able to go in and out at their own leisure. The house was well equipped and clean. Seemed to be a pretty quiet neighbourhood too which was great! Had a beautiful view from upstairs balcony which was also a safe design for my toddler. The house had a solid baby gate upstairs and also included a cot which was a bonus! Had a great stay and will be looking at booking again soon!!

We have just returned from a week at Broadleys. What a relaxing trip away!! The location is perfect up on the hill with views through the trees to the sea, and only a short walk to Home Beach (dog friendly beach) and Cylinder Beach (great patrolled beach for swimming). Even just relaxing on the lounge of the large covered deck, watching the water and hearing the waves with a gentle sea breeze was perfect. The house is a very spacious open plan design, with soaring ceilings, and split across three levels to house the largest of families. We loved that the furniture was modern and both living areas have leather lounges that wipe clean easily. The oven, microwave and dishwasher are near new and very easy to use. I also found the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Our cat also came along to enjoy the holiday and was quite safe from escape on the top level of the home. One week in that home was not enough, I could easily have stayed on longer. I would absolutely book there again, and have already recommended it to my friends and family.
